Proudly born and raised in El Cajon City, the County of San Diego. Attended Valhalla Hills High School and Cuyamaca /Grossmont College. I’ve never moved from my home here in El Cajon and know the surrounding areas like a true San Diego native. I’ve been around the Real Estate industry with my dads contracting business, and happy to have obtained my license. I love being a San Diego native as I have the best access to the beaches, mountains, and deserts. With that I love spending all of my free time with my family and enjoy vacationing as much as we can together. My family is everything which is why I chose this industry.

Kandhy began her real estate career in 1976, while at the same time earning her teaching credential. Shanda is a San Diego native and has been a resident of East County almost her entire life. She received her Real Estate license in 2003, her broker’s license in 2007, and has been with Glenn D. Caress grew up in the Philippines and moved to the states when she was 13. Since then, America has been her home. She was first introduced to the real estate world in 2009 when she went to work for an escrow company. She continues to work in escrow while also pursuing her career as a Real Estate Agent. She initiates opening of escrow accounts for buyers and/or sellers and serves as the first line of communication between realtors, mortgage brokers and title officers. Caress got her notary license in 2016, making her an expert in notarizing seller packages and buyer/borrower loan documents. All of her escrow and notary experience make her a versatile and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent that can help you complete your transaction from start to finish.
