Todd entered real estate in 1983, becoming the 4th generation of Glenn D. Mitchel Realtors. Currently the Managing Broker, Todd's focus is on staff support and he is dedicated to excellence  and to meeting the needs of our sales associates and clients on a personal level. Allan is one of our most knowledgeable realtors. He has worked full-time in real estate since receiving his license in 1989. From large brokerages like Century 21 where he taught and trained new agents and Coldwell Banker where he was a manager to mom and pop brokerages and start up brokerages. He became apart of the Glenn D. Mitchel Realtor's team in 2009. 

Allan's experience includes most types of transactions, from simple to the most complicated, helping future homeowners, as well as investors (first-time and seasoned), and commercial property buyers including IRC 1031 exchanges. He is well versed in Real Estate Probate, Trust transactions, short sales and bank settlement sales.

Debra Eggert is a dedicated listing specialist serving East County and San Diego's backcountry communities, with a strong foundation in sales and marketing and strategic approach to positioning homes for exceptional results. Known for her clear communication, attention to detail, and skilled negotiation, she is committed to protecting her clients' interests at every stage of the transaction. Debra represents both sellers and buyers, with a special passion for equestrian, rural, and lifestyle properties, delivering trusted service with professionalism, integrity, and genuine care.

Kandhy began her real estate career in 1976, while at the same time earning her teaching credential. Her dedication to "making a positive difference" became the backbone of how she taught and how she assisted families with their real estate decisions. Being involved in construction and horses in East County gave her a strong basis to help fire victims after the San Diego Cedar Fire. She has continued to be a community activist and it is with that passion she comes to our office to consult with home owners and sellers to bring their dreams into the realm of possibilities.

Shanda is a San Diego native and has been a resident of East County almost her entire life. She received her Real Estate license in 2003, her broker’s license in 2007, and has been with Glenn D. Mitchel Realtors since 2004. She has a caring approach and understands that buying a house is more than a transaction. Clients have appreciated her integrity, patience, and willingness to do what it takes.

In her spare time, you can find her out exploring trails on her horse, traveling, or cherishing time at home in Alpine with her husband and four dogs.

Pine Valley Office Manager/Agent

As a native to San Diego County, Jennifer grew up in the east county area with her family, and has resided in the area ever since. Jennifer, her husband, and two children live on a small ranch in east county with their goats, chickens, and dog. Prior to becoming a real estate agent in 2018, Jennifer was a K-8 teacher in Santee and Lakeside for almost 20 years. She has a true passion for helping people, which led her to real estate. After almost two decades in the classroom, Jennifer decided to take a break from teaching, and focus on her real estate career and growing children. Real estate has always been a passion for Jennifer and her husband, as they built many homes from the ground up, and also flipped multi-unit buildings in Arizona. Jennifer has been successfully selling real estate for 7 years now, and has become an expert at helping people buy and sell homes, from the beaches to the backcountry. In addition to being a great listener, and analyzer of information, Jennifer is extremely prompt and communicates well with her clients. Jennifer is very knowledgeable of San Diego county, primarily the east county areas of the county. Jennifer is very attentive to her clients, and works hard to make sure they understand, and are comfortable throughout the entire home buying/selling process.

York has been a real estate investor for over 30 years. Born and raised in San Diego and living in our East County, he has developed a unique knowledge and rich history of the area and community. The foundation for his success in life is built from the lifelong relationships he constructs through business and friendships.
